Prepared Childbirth

This one day class will prepare you for the birth of your child including the stages of labor and birth, coping strategies, relaxation and breathing techniques, medication options and the adjustment to postpartum. 

*Please note we are limiting the class size to six couples and classes are being held in the Bayberry with modified curriculum.
