Hackensack Meridian Mountainside Medical Center Appoints Daniel Mansour, M.D. as Medical Director of Thoracic Surgery

Mountainside Medical Center has announced that Daniel Mansour, M.D. will take on the role as medical director of thoracic surgery and surgical director of the lung cancer screening/lung nodule program. In this role, Dr. Mansour will operate the thoracic surgery program to ensure its organization and delivery of excellent, timely and evidence-based care.

Dr. Mansour earned his medical degree from Howard University College of Medicine and completed a residency in general surgery at University of Maryland School of Medicine. Following his general surgery residency, he completed a cardiothoracic surgery fellowship at Wexner Medical Center at The Ohio State University and an advanced thoracic surgery fellowship at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York. Dr. Mansour currently serves as an attending thoracic surgeon at Hackensack University Medical Center.
