Mountainside Medical Center has named Anna Krzysztofinski, as the Care Award recipient for February. Mountainside Medical Center’s Care award is a monthly award that focuses on recognizing team members whose behaviors and attitudes best exemplify the hospitals five beliefs: Creative, courageous, connected, compassionate and collaborative.

Anna Krzysztofinski, is a nursing assistant on the fourth floor at Mountainside Medical Center and is an integral member of the patient care team. She serves as the veteran PSA on the night shift and always goes above and beyond not only for patients, but team members as well. 

Anna stays connected to her purpose by having a positive attitude and kind words and a smile for all of her patients. 

"Anna is a shining example of a team player", said Kristen Murphy-Doran, RN. "She always provides compassionate, effective, and dignity driven care for all of our patients."
