We are pleased to announce that Grettel Muscato, Director of Community Service and Volunteers, has been selected as a Mountainside Leader.

Throughout the pandemic, Grettel was incredibly versatile in spite of the Volunteer program being at a standstill. She lent her talents to assist in supporting various departments and became a fixture in increasing employee morale.

In addition to Mountainside volunteers, Grettel also oversees pastoral care and valet services. Valet is typically the first interaction patients have with the hospital and Grettel has done a fantastic job guiding the team to provide excellent customer service.

“Grettel always has a smile on her face that is visible even behind a mask,” said Jessica Magnotta, Director of Human Resources. “Her positive outlook and dedication to make sure team members and patients alike have a positive experience at Mountainside is second to none”.
