Mountainside Medical Center names Nino Jeffrey “Jeff” Garcia, RN as a Care Award recipient. Mountainside Medical Center’s Care award recognizes team members whose behaviors and attitudes best exemplify our five beliefs outlining who we are: Creative, courageous, connected, compassionate and collaborative.

Jeff joined Mountainside almost two years ago and is a nurse in the intensive care unit. He provides exceptional care not only to patients but to their families.

Jeff remains connected to his purpose by staying up to date on trainings and being a resource to his fellow team members to assist with preventing and minimizing patient concerns that may arise.

"Jeff is an integral part of the ICU team, said Bryant Johnson, Director of Critical Care Services. He never wants his peers or patients to feel alone, and always lends a helping hand to those in need."
