Tim Dixon, who has been a dedicated member of the Mountainside team for over 25 years, has consistently demonstrated exceptional qualities that set him apart as a role model and a true leader.

During his 25-year tenure at Mountainside, Tim Dixon has undergone a remarkable journey of growth and development within the organization. Starting as an X-ray technologist, he progressed through various roles, including CT technologist and PACS administrator, before assuming the position of Director of Radiology. His unwavering commitment to the hospital, its team members, and, above all, its patients, has been the driving force behind his impressive ascent within the organization.

Tim Dixon's visionary approach to leadership has resulted in substantial volume growth within his department. Through building and maintaining strong physician relationships, he has fostered an environment of collaboration and trust. His operational focus has consistently improved the patient experience, ensuring that Mountainside remains a top choice for healthcare. Tim has also been proactive in identifying and advocating for capital needs, ensuring the hospital stays at the forefront of medical technology.

Tim Dixon has been a pioneer in embracing cutting-edge technology and innovative medical treatments. He has been at the forefront of onboarding Theranostics, including Lutathera and Pluvicto, and implemented Ceriana advanced imaging technology for breast cancer treatments to the hospital. His dedication to staying at the forefront of medical advancements has greatly benefited the hospital and its patients.

Under Tim Dixon's leadership, there have been sustained improvements in employee engagement within his department. He ensures that team members have the tools and equipment they need to excel in their roles. Tim also places a strong emphasis on team member development and is currently pursuing his MBA, setting an example for his colleagues.
