How Your Message is Delivered to Your Loved One

Greeting cards are printed and delivered to your loved one Monday through Friday. Your message must be received by 9 a.m. EST to be delivered the same day. Messages received after 4 p.m. Friday, or any time Saturday or Sunday, will be delivered the following Monday. In the case of a holiday, delivery will be made the next business day.

To protect the confidentiality of our patients, we cannot confirm your greeting card has been delivered. We recommend that confidential or private messages not be sent through this portal.
